Business of Excellence Nomination

Summerside Chamber of Commerce Business of Excellence Award logoThe Summerside Chamber of Commerce held its Business Excellence Announcement on the upper deck at the Silver Fox Curling & Yacht Club Wednesday morning, August 15.

There was a great turnout and show of support from the membership. Graphically Speaking was very honoured to be one of the 2012 nominees announced in the 1–10 Employees category!

This category is for business excellence and will be awarded to the business voted by chamber members in good standing and meeting the following criteria:

·  High quality product or service  ·  Contributes to economic development  ·  Recognized as a good employer ·  Become a positive island ambassador through its activities on/off the island
·  Recognized leader in its field

The top three finalists in each category will be announce on September 12. The Business of Excellence Awards Gala is being held October 17 with a Pre-reception for the finalists at the Loyalist Lakeview Resort, and the awards presentation at the Harbourfront Jubilee Theatre with a reception to follow.
