Movember Mo Sistas

As many of you know, I belong to a small group called Island Tweeteneurs: a new networking group in Prince Edward Island made up of female entrepreneurs from Prince County. We have recently embraced the Movember Campaign as a way of giving back.

Movember (a blending of the slang word for moustache, ‘Mo’, and November) is an annual moustache growing charity event held globally every November. The moustache is the guy’s ribbon, the means by which awareness and funds are raised for cancers that affect men. Male participants are called ‘Mo Bros’. Remember behind every good, and healthy, man is a woman. Here’s my little rhyme to encourage all women to support Movember. Guys should take heed as well to help change the face of men’s health!
