So what’s the story?
Every photo comes with a story. They play an important role in design and taking photographs is something I truly enjoy. Here are two captures I recently developed.
While in Arizona I was a passenger in a Corvette being driven by sister-in-law, Kim. We saw a biker up ahead and she gave chase for a photo op. She rolled down her window and I got my camera out. He had long hair catching the breeze outside of his helmet. When he saw my camera he slowed down as we kept abreast of him for a bit. It would have helped had I taken off the lens cap at the beginning. He laughed, scooted ahead then dropped back for me to try again. It’s not a perfect shot but a fun memory indeed.
In Las Vegas pedestrians are forced to walk their way through casinos in order to get from one destination to another. The sight of this gambling trio prompted me to capture the moment. What’s the story behind the luggage off to the side. Were they on their way to their hotel and couldn’t wait to check in to try the machines…or…are they on their way home and wanted one last kick at the can?
